"Ana was so helpful. She arranged to have a car pick us up at the cruise terminal In Rome and take us all the way into the city. She made sure our room is ready at 10:30 in the morning even though check-in wasn’t supposed to be till 3 o’clock. Room was super duper clean. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the whole experience plus the location was extremely convenient and very central to everything."

"This was a nice well kept hotel in a great area to walk around , the staff was very friendly and happy to help ! the only issues was we were jet legged and had just arrived from canada and both nights we stayed we were kept awake until 2 am by the bar they have in the hotel with loud singing and music pounding and people coming and going so therefore i would not recommend to travellers who don’t want to party until the wee hours of the night 😵‍💫"
