I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly arranged and showed great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome and at home throughout my stay. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient, which made moving around easy and enjoyable. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room. Espresso coffee, still water, sparkling water, and biscuits were available, which was a very nice and welcoming gesture. Honestly, everything about this place was outstanding and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting from Jordan, the Middle East, or anywhere in the world. I would definitely stay here again without

Lovely apartment with a comfy bed and large smart tv. Access to a kitchen area with lovely coffee machine and frozen croissants for baking in a mini oven. Good location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The Termini train station was only a short 5-10 min walk away where you can catch the Metro to all over the city. The room we had was very quiet during the night and we slept very well in the comfy bed. Other points mention by previous guests was the check-in system however, we found it straight forward and had no issues. Lots of good info sent before so read up in advance. Lovely apartment and would happily stay here again.

This was a lovely property and I would definitely stay again. The check in process is very easy. The staff is accessible but only electronically - you won’t meet anyone. The only part of that I didn’t like is that luggage storage is basically in the common space of the hotel with no staffing, so I opted into a paid luggage service outside instead. The room is spacious. The shower is nice and hot. Good little mini bar/coffee/tea area. Overall I’d stay again and for more than one night.

This was a very nice room & bathroom, clean and comfortable with great coffee in the room, cookies, filtered water & coffee in the common area. The location is in a perfect location for Termini Station and staging for the rest of Roma. The only downside in my aged opinion would be as follows... I travel a lot and this is the first time I have ever done a registration, check-in and had a two day stay without any direct contact from the proprietors. No introduction, no personal welcome, no orientation, no meeting at all! Everything is set up remotely using WhatsApp, camera, and phone technology. This is probably irrelevant to the younger, tech-savvy traveler, but for my wife and I it was a bit irregular considering we are talking about the "Hospitality" business. The stay was great once we navigated the necessary apps, but somewhat impersonal in the end.

Location was slightly better than expected. Room was ok. Barhroom’s sliding door did not stay fully closed. Beds we ok. Aircondition was a little too loud. The sounds from the corridor carried into the room. Keyless entry worked fine.

Alessandro and the entire team is so wonderful and helpful! Every detail and answer was provided online and in real -time as needed! The view of the adjacent gardens with palm trees and the easy proximity to Termini makes this an easy choice! The Turkish embassy is within view and you can find an easy mix of Italian + Filipino + Peruvian restaurants as well as a local Pam Super market just around the corner! I loved my stay here so much that I extended for a second night!

Despite a little confusion in our initial access to the building, we were very happy with this Hotel. The room was clean, modern and well-appointed and once we engaged with the off-site support staff, access was no longer an issue. Our window opened up to a nice garden view making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is located in close proximity to some great restaurants which we really enjoyed. It is also not too far from Roma Termini, the Subway and the major bus routes. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This property is operated more like a B&B rather than a hotel. Service was outstanding. From initial questions before we booked the room to helpfully giving us access to the property ahead of check-in times, to a comfortable stay with free coffee and croissants for breakfast, along with water and coffee and snacks available in the common area 24/7. They also had a laundry room on the same floor which we didn't use but would be convenient for families. Water pressure for the shower was just fine. Bed was quite comfortable. Air conditioner worked very well. Overall a wonderful stay!
