I cannot say enough positive things about San Pietro Boutiques! A friend recommended it to us and I am SOOO glad she did. We really wanted a room away from the crowded touristy places but still convenient for walking (you do a LOT of that in Rome). We weren't concerned with having a pool, spa, restaurant, lobby, etc. There are too many good restaurants in Rome and waaayyy too much to see. This area was perfect! It was about a 5 minute walk to Vatican, short walk across bridge to old Rome, and...

No better place to stay in Rome. Short walk to all major sites in Rome. Communal kitchen worked well, although not my preference. Ursula is the most wonderful host I have ever had.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! This is a GREAT bed and breakfast that offers fantastic customer service. Gianluca is an excellent host and the daily morning breakfast was the best we had in Italy.

I’m sitting here (this is Kenji’s wife) eating the biscotti Pietro sent home with me and sipping my coffee thinking out our wonderful stay at Roma Five Suites. From the excellent communication and assistance from Anna throughout, to the super cool old elevator that was a surprise treat getting our luggage up, to the comfortable bed, amazing shower and heated towels - everything was perfect. The location can’t be beat and with the windows closed, had no trouble sleeping even with big city noises....

Max, the owner, was very helpful with absolutely everything we needed. Property was very clean and the location is extremely convenient. Looking forward to staying here whenever I return to Rome. Great place to stay! Thanks Max.

I have been traveling throughout Europe for many, many years and stayed at dozens of different hotels, B&B's and similar lodgings. I can say that Villa Spalletti is my number one hotel not just in Italy, but maybe all of Europe. Yes, it is expensive, so if you're looking for a budget place to lay your head, look elsewhere. But, if you want a memorable stay, this is the place. The mansion itself is perfectfully positioned and walking distance to most of the top sights in the Via Veneto/Piazza...

Great location. Our room had great view of Plaza Navona and plenty of space to relax when we weren’t out exploring the city. Staff was extremely helpful & nice.

Convenient and walkable to main scenery spots. Lots of eateries and shopping choices nearby. Classical and elegant decor and friendly staff.

I can't say one bad thing. Everything, I mean everything, was awesome!! Location, awesome!! Room large and spotless!! The staff Davide and Francesco were so helpful and kind. If you needed anything you just asked them. I hear people complain about no room service, hogwash! If your hungry walk out the door and anything you could want is steps away. We will stay here the next time we go to Rome.

Beautiful location. Superb service. Staff went above and beyond to help organize things and accommodate special needs. Room was beautiful and very design- oriented

An amazing stay and loved the hotel. We highly recommend it to all friends and family. Great location, fantastic friendly service, super clean and comfortable. A truly first class experience.

AMAZING place! Great location, great facility, and AMAZING hospitality!!! Would HIGHLY recommend. Shops and restaurants right outside the door. Short ride to airport, short taxi (10 euros) to tourist attractions like the colosseum, pantheon, etc. Is close to the river for nice walks. Appreciated the early check in. The breakfast was incredible (croissants, cappuccino, fruit, meats, etc). And our hostess came in early to give us breakfast before our early departure. Could walk to the...

A Trastevere da M.E., conveniently located in the heart of the Trastevere neighborhood, went far beyond our expectations. Not only was the location ideal if you're a foodie and looking to enjoy some of the most authentic Roman restaurants in the city, but the staff also went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Special thanks in particular to Michaela, who was able to accommodate an additional night's stay for us at Trastevere da M.E. after our return flight to the U.S....

Great location. Easy walk from train station but also good neighborhood. Everyone was really helpful. We stayed in the 3 person room with a balcony - very nice and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Súper nice place to stay, the staff is too kind and responsive . They made our stay lovely

Simone and Angela were so kind and helpful. Nice quiet room, and very nice bathroom. Walking distance to most things you want to see in Roma.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home 36! The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything was well organized, making our stay truly enjoyable and relaxing. A special thank you to Bruno for his outstanding hospitality! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. His kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. We truly appreciated everything and would highly recommend...

We stayed in the large two bedroom suite. It was magnificent. Lovely view of the Spanish Square. Staff was excellent. When in Rome this is our home.

The location was perfect. Easy 1-2 miles radius walk to almost everything in Rome. The hotel is small but great. The breakfast was fantastic. The desk and staff were superb.
