The AC in the room did not work at all. But my biggest concern was that we were traveling with my friend who has a condition and cannot climb stairs. I know there is a message on the page about accessibility but I think it has to be clearer that you must take some steps to go to the rooms. Otherwise, the place is perfectly located and it’s comfortable.

It's pretty much what I expected: a small, modern and efficient hotel. In common with many places of it's size in Rome, there isn't a full-time staff, but our check in was handled well despite the late hour and we had no problems. Breakfast was good and housekeeping sufficient. Some reviews commented about noise, and while our window overlooked a busy square and we arrived on a Saturday night, we found the noise minimal. After that, it was non-existent.
