"This was my second visit to Rome, and the hotel was conveniently located near all the major attractions. The area is excellent for tourists, with a metro station just around the corner. You can easily walk from Termini station as well. Room service was provided every day during my stay, and I didn’t even have to request it! I highly recommend this hotel."

"This is a great location in La Spezia with very good access to the train station to go to Cinque Terre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Breakfast was European continental and was at a nice little cafe right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay."

"2 night stay with family- location of this hotel couldn’t have been better. Quiet and clean and staff very helpful. Average breakfast but suited us fine. Eat access to all areas of Venice. The little ice cream shop at end of the lane is brilliant! "

"My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and loved it! First of all, the location is perfect. It is a short walk away from the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and other locations we were looking to see. The room was clean and spacious. "Lovely wee hotel with decent staff and the most amazing outlook. My husband and I stayed in a suite so had access to a small balcony overlooking the canal affording us a lovely view. Our room was comfortable with old traditional furniture which added to its charm. Kids were in a standard triple room and it did unfortunately smell of sewerage. "My husband and and I spent a week here in April. We LOVED our stay. If you're looking for a Hilton or Marriot, you will be disappointed. You are in Europe. The rooms are smaller, the shower is small, and the breakfast is simple. The location is 10/10, a few minutes from the train station, tons of dining options and a few steps ftom the most beautiful beach. Get a room with balcony looking at the sea. "From the moment we saw the hotel across the plaza to the moment we checked out and ran to our train, we loved the Grand Hotel Baglioni. The reception staff was wonderful! The gentlemen that helped us the most were Sr Bonarino who checked us in and gave us great transit advice for one of our unique stops, and Sr Francesco, who took our bags right up to our room for us and said hello to us each time we passed in the hallways. The room itself was marvelous! We will absolutely be returning to this establishment in the future. It is in a magnificent location, relatively close to everything downtown, safe, clean, beautiful, and friendly. The premises and staff surpassed our wildest dreams and gave us a very memorable stay in the already memorable Firenze."
