「Lovely hotel in popular neighborhood of Trastevere. The A/C is very strong which is important during Roman summers. The bedroom and bathroom are nicely updated and aesthetically pleasing. I only give it a 4/5 because: (1) the entrance to the hotel is via a gate that leads into the a general apartment complex. As such they give you like 4-5 keys to get into the gate then the hotel door then 1-2 keys to enter your personal hotel room, which is annoying. (2) there isn’t a front desk person 24-7,...

「Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email. 」

「The staff are helpful and friendly.They suggest place we should visit .When we have any requests, they response quickly.The room is clean and big.They also provide coffee machine .It also contain kitchen that can cook for anytime .We will live here again when we visit Milan again.」
