「 staff are nice」

「We traveled by car and this is the best choice for free parking and easy to get to city center by bus. There is kitchen inside and so we can cook our beakfast and enjoy it before our journey in Rome every day. The room is clean and the environment is safe and quiet. The pamphlet they provided is very helpful and staff at front desk are friendly and helpful as well」

「Beaucoup trop chère pour le service offert, difficile à trouver la place, mal indiqué, bruyant droit payer 3 euros pour avoir une serviette pour prendre ta douche à l'eau froide」

「Good accommodation… basic but very clean. Everything you could want if you are just using the room to sleep and your main priority is to explore the city. No complaints. Did extensive research into accommodations and this was the most affordable and conveniently located. Definitely choose if you are prioritizing location over all the “hotel luxuries and amenities”. Nice staff too. Grazie Mille!」

「Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email. 」

「Excellent location near Vatican and Metro line. Quite small overall with tight fit toilet and shower. No ice machine, no hair dryer in room, hidden window. Basics livable but definitely nothing special beyond location, which is.」

The hotel used physical keys so actually they must know are we in the room. She kept on trying to force the door to open until we open the door and tell her just give us a minute. She...
