Located within walking distance of all major attractions. Plenty of restaurants near by. Close to central bus and train station. Breakfast each morning was a nice touch.

The elevator can only fit 2 people. If you have 2 luggages , it would be only one person. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

This is not a hotel room, it's a two bedroom apartment. It's in an ideal location for sightseeing and just a 15 minute walk to the Colossium. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our three night stay. The rooms were comfortable with a little table and chairs to sit at and eat breakfast in the morning (pastries/bread) delivered to a basket outside your room each morning). The drinks and yogurt in the mini fridge were complimentary, as well as a basket with packaged cookies and dry toast with jams and Nutella packages. The area is great for walkability to lots of the main attractions. There are lots of options for restaurants within walking distance as well. There is a very tiny, narrow elevator for getting luggage up. Our rooms were on the first and second floors, not on the main floor. We would stay here again!

I stayed here for a couple nights (they were booked up after that) because the single room looked so cute and gave an Italian vibe. It is a super small room, which I expected. Check in was a bit confusing as to where to go and how to get in. The air conditioning in my room was a life saver with the summer heat. The view was just a perfect vibe. And the bed/pillows…oh my word I’ve never slept so good. Seriously wanted to steal that pillow. The breakfast was hung outside the door each morning, fun touch. The rooms are not very soundproof, which again is to be expected. Check out was also a bit difficult with the person coming in late and made me late for a booked tour.

Everything about our stay was fabulous! From early mornings fresh breads and rolls, coffee for coffee maker, a full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a convenient washer and clothing drying rack, to the most perfect terrace, our stay was even better than anticipated. Would come back again and will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

The room was very nice and comfortable. The WiFi and AC worked great. Breakfast was included, which was nice, but not to our taste (the little croissants had a very sugary glaze on them). The neighborhood was quiet but close to many great places.

Amazing location! In the center of the Monti District which filled with amazing vintage shopping, restaurants, gelato and coffee shops. My family absolutely loves the apartment. The only caveat is there is no elevator so keep that in mind when booking this place. This was not a problem especially when factoring the location and size of apartment. Overall a wonderful stay and amazing value!

This property was absolutely amazing! We were greeted by kind, courteous staff who helped us with all of our questions and even our transportation! I just contacted the hotel before our stay and they set up private rides for us to and from the hotel. We loved that the location was in the heart of all of the major Rome tourist attractions. We arrived before we could check in, but the hotel had secure, locked luggage storage and we set out on foot and could easily walk to all of the major attractions. The apartment, itself, was clean and spacious. We have 3 children, so it was awesome to have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with beds for everyone which opened to 2 lovely private courtyards which were safe and secure, opening to the center area of the building. No street noise whatsoever. In our kitchen/fridge we were greeted with a complimentary “welcome” bottle of wine and some sodas. Also, coffee, tea, yummy juices and snacks, which were replenished daily, along with amazing local pastries delivered to our door each morning for breakfast. We only stayed 2 nights, but after our visit, I wished we could stay longer!

This is really a beautiful apartment. It had a lift which was extremely helpful with our big piece of luggage. The apartment was gorgeous with newer appliances and a very nice bath. We received a nice bottle of wine, lots of snacks and also drinks in the refrigerator, just to name a few things. We would definitely stay here again.

A very authentic Roman stay.. cute private patio was a plus. Breakfast treats in a little mail box every morning was a treat! Free bottle of wine the first night was appreciated. If you can’t do steps and are afraid of tiny elevators try somewhere else. People were friendly and service was good. I recommend this place for a couple.
