Stay in an historical palace

Over the top wonderful as you are living in a space that was part of European history. The most central location and the staff could not do enough. Highly recommend to folks who have had enough in staying in hotel rooms that all look the same

Amazing

Location was superb. Service was outstanding. Safe location and family friendly. I slept very well here and I sometimes do not at hotels. Very comfortable suite. Everything is in walking distance. Beatrice and staff were very accommodating. I will stay here again in the future. Thank you

This is place is not a hotel. I was really disappointed when I found out this is more like an Airbnb. We had to call in advance to let the person in charge know about our time of arrival so she could show us our room. Had to wait at least 30 minutes after arriving at the property to meet with her. I was not sure if we were at the right place. No lobby nor any other service is available at this place.

The suite was absolutely amazing. It was truly like going back in time, and living the life of royalty. Beatrice, the property concierge/manager, was very helpful and so nice. Breakfast served in the room was exquisite. I cannot say enough about this place. Once in a lifetime.

This is a really large and unique property and we enjoyed our stay here. The staff and butler are very kind and helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast included each morning. I booked it because the rooms and the history looked so cool, and didn't even realize how great the location was until we were there. We were right in the middle of the best part of the city and an easy walk to most of the main sights.

The best hotel room I have ever stayed at.

This was my absolute favorite stay ever. Its not another dull hotel room- its a fantastic suite at the top of a residence, where you live among owners in a beautiful traditional house, a stones throw away from the spanish steps. The service was impeccable, breakfast was delicious, and the view is undersold in these images- its better than any other view in Rome. The orange juice for breakfast is also the best Ive ever had.

very nice staff however the gentleman in the blue jacket and his very unfriendly attitude can upset the happy travelers guess he is not to happy to see the guests going to the residenza.
