「We arrived at the property at 4pm on july2,nobody around after half hour waiting I called the lady rosy,she said emergency family matter rhetoric went to Rome and she wii be back in 2 hours,she came at 6:30 pm apologized ,and said she has to leave ,I told her the pool is not clean full of leaves, nobody to take care of cleaning it,I said since there is nobody on the premises ,we don't feel safe, we will not stay,then she told me you can ask for refund from Expedia, so we left without checking...
