「Staff were extremely nice and the hotel was very nice. The room was well put together and gave us something special for our honeymoon! Thank you Anchor staff!」

「The room including the toilet is clean. Fruit and capsule coffee were provided on top of the daily breakfast/cake. 」

「Good location, with tram stop outside, easy access to train station and airport. Though disappointed we couldn't leave our luggage before check-in, this wouldhavemade our first day better. Clean, comfortable bed and bathroom. Friendly owner recommended a local restaurant, La Gratella we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Thank you」

「nice and good」

「Everything is aligned with the info. Clean and well equipped. The only problem is there are flies around but the owner is prepared for it and it is rather not a big issue. It would be even better if the communication could be more promptly and responsive. Overall a great stay. Recommended.」

「Perfect location and wonderful historical building」

「Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!」
