El hotel es espectacular. La ubicación es perfecta, La habitacion es súper amplia, muy bien decorada y llena de todo lo que se necesita. Está llena de detalles que hacen la estancia súper agradable. En ocasiones se escucha un poco de ruido de la calle. Definitivamente regresaremos!!!

We loved our stay! The place was perfect for our family of four. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the AC worked amazingly (we were in Florence with temperatures in upper 90s in fahrenheit). The location was convenient to various sites, restaurants, etc. In addition, there were thoughtful welcome boxes, and we loved how the place was decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

There are 60 steps to get to the floor that these hotel rooms are on. Do not stay here if you have any limitations at all for physical activity. There is an additional flight of stairs to get to the bedroom and bathroom with two additional steps to the bathroom. It was hard to navigate at night. Ok if 20-45 yrs old and fit. No better options. Ruined my vacation!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement : service de qualité supérieure pour cet appart’hotel (ménage quotidien, réapprovisionnement en café et thé de qualité , changement des draps en milieu de sejour) . A 5 mn à pieds du ponté Vecchio et pour autant une ruelle au calme de la foule. Hôte extrêmement agréable et serviable. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

I would never stay anywhere else in Florence. The property is impeccable. Everything from the linens, the welcome treats, and the space in general exceeded our expectations. I will definitely return to Canto degli Scali on my next trip to Florence. Marco was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when I made an error in my reservation date. The property is beautiful. I have stayed in two of the apartments and found them both to be extremely spacious and beautifully appointed. The bedding and linens were so comfortable. I wanted to sleep in each day :-) The location was just perfect, as it is only a block away from all of the shopping and very close to the city center. It was also an ideal location because it was not in the middle of the city, which ensured that it was quiet in the evenings. There is a lovely restaurant directly across from the property where we had many perfect dinners. I could not recommend the property enough!

The property was beautifully designed with attentive to even the tiniest detail. We appreciated the focus on traveler comfort and ease, including lovely toiletries, free water daily, and an in-room curated wine selection available for purchase. Our hosts recommended wonderful restaurants and helped us get an airport taxi on a busy morning. We will not hesitate to recommend this property and would happily stay here again.
