"Fantastic room, comfortable bed, amazing shower. A warm welcome from the start. The rooftop is a definite wow factor. Great views, drinks and food. Heaps of different spots around to relax. We also used the restaurant which was good and ate breakfast there every day. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had. Great selection and good coffee machines. We used the laundry twice and were able to wash,dry and iron our clothes for free!! Love the social hub. It will always be my first choice when visiting a different city. "

"We stayed for one night and would definitely stay again. The room was spacious and my daughters loved having their own beds versus sharing a sofa bed. Room was very clean and a/c worked well. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The area was quiet but only a few minutes walk to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The tower was an easy 15 minute walk. Staff were helpful and shuttle to airport was quickly arranged. It is easy to walk to the station to go to/from the airport but it was pouring so nice to have the shuttle option. "

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from the Duomo, Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, and some of the city’s most elegant shops and restaurants. "Absolutely fantastic staff, simply brilliant! Silly Italian police came to the room to tell me off for sitting on the balcony but that was not the hotels fault! The staff, the room, the bed, the shower and the cleanliness were all absolutely 100%. Thank you for a great stay!!"
