「Clean room and felt safe!」

「非常好的体验。位于佛罗伦萨近郊的村庄山上，空气非常好。虽然感觉距离市区有些远，但是坐公交车也只是十几分钟，有公交车直达火车站，所以也非常方便。客房只有六个，我们订了四个，其实就是一个小别墅，有庭院，可以在庭院里享受早餐和下午茶，休闲住宿是个非常好的地方。尤其是店老板是一家三口，非常热心，在出租车没有约到的情况下愿意开车送我们去机场，让我们非常感动。」

「Despite receiving confirmation of our stay following the booking process, we received a message the night before our stay at the Five Suites saying we must pay our tourist tax before arrival - our confirmation clearly stating that this tax should be paid at the property (presumably on arrival). Further, the message said that we would receive instructions on how to pay, which were not forthcoming! I called Expedia that evening to complain and spoke to a young man, but he was unable to get hold...
