Very cool hotel with a lot of vintage charm. Loved the outdoor hallway leading to the rooms - would have been a great spot to sit during the summer months! Also, Lucia was a very gracious host, very helpful with Florence recommendations!

Very nice room we stayed in, with decent bathroom and shower. Very clean, and comfortable. Excellent location for seeing the sights. Not easily accessible by car if you're driving, so watch out. The host was very helpful and made our stay and welcome pleasant.

All communication with Ulrike was easy and quick. The room itself was very clean, very cool (decorations reflected the area) and the bed was comfortable. Lucia also provided excellent service and information for things to see and do around Florence. Loved our stay!

A great base to explore the city

We had five nights here and it was a lovely base from which to explore the city. Our host Ulrike was very helpful throughout, accommodating a very late check in and arranging taxis for us. The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable and has lots of cafe options for breakfast nearby

We had an excellent stay in the Teatro suite, a huge apartment all to ourselves. Location was central and walkable to all major touristic attractions. Our hostess Ulrike was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend especially for a family needing a larger space.

We spent four nights at this charming renovated Relais, and used it as a convenient base for exploring many of Florence’s cultural and historical sites. This property is a very charming historical property. We really appreciated the decor and that it did not look like a run-of-the-mill hotel. Ulrike and her team were extremely helpful, communicative, and provided the absolute best service! The site gave great suggestions for dining, attractions, shopping, and tours that we utilized for our short stay. The location was a short walk, less than 5 minutes to dining and shopping. This was a really pleasant experience.
