「Outside of city center however it was a nice reprieve from the noise and chaos. there are some wonderful neighborhood gems for restaurants and the bus runs regularly and reliably. Only negative was when we reached out to the host upon arriving at the building, the host took 10 minutes to reply and to remotely open the door which after a long day of travel and standing in 90*+ heat with multiple children outside, it was very frustrating. 「酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕」

「Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence.」
