Great location just by the river, lovey cafe at the front and the ice cream shop on the corner! The apartment was clean, tidy had everything you needed. We would stay here again!

An excellent place to stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and located near some fantastic restaurants. Having a grocery store just around the corner made the kitchen amenities even more convenient. The in-suite laundry was a great bonus as well. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Great location. Easy check in. Had to pay extra for checking in at 9 pm. Apartment was clean but had a funky smell. Nescafé coffee maker didn’t work. On check out date in which check out time is 10 am we had someone just walk in the apartment. No knock, no notification. It was 9:40 am and we were just bringing our luggage to the door. When I let the property know they didn’t seem too concerned. They apologized and they will talk to the cleaning staff.

For late arrival, a payment in cash is required, but you know the amount only after booking. Thus, as we were supposed to arrive at the apartment at 10:50pm, we withdrew 44€ in cash right before taking the train (20€ for late arrival before 11pm + 2 persons*2 nights*6€ for usual fees). However, our train was delayed and we arrived at the apartment at 11:22pm. We explained the situation to the person in charge of the check-in, offering to give him the missing cash (due to the not forecasted late arrival) the day after or at the checkout. But, he wouldn’t leave the apartment before getting 59€ (35€ for late arrival after 11pm + 2 persons* 2 nights*6€). He wanted us to go to the ATM, although we insisted on the fact that we were very tired. He stayed more than 40mn in the apartment, pretending that he was sending messages to the landlord. And, when we asked him the landlord phone number to find a solution he gave us a fake number. The final solution was to meet him again on the day after, as we offered at first. He said that he would contact us around 2pm and in fact only contacted us at 5pm, saying he was available from 8pm (and of course we cannot adapt our weekend to the person in charge of the check-in). I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

Having laundry in the room was great! The location was nice. Easy to walk to tourist sites. Grocery store was almost next door. Gelato store was almost next door. All the bases were covered!
