「本次義大利旅行最滿意的住宿！地點超棒，離SMN車站很近，方便徒步去各大景點。櫃台人員也非常親切，詳細地介紹了所有設備和周邊環境。雖然很可惜一個人沒辦法住到有壁畫的房間，但我的房間有小巧的陽台，可以體會到歷史悠久的古老宅邸氣氛。唯一的小小缺點是開門鎖的方式有點令人困惑，第一晚回去差點以為自己被鎖在門外，怎麼樣都打不開門，幸好後來解決了。下次會想再住！」

「A national rail strike in Italy on the day we were supposed to arrive upended all our plans, resulting in our arriving very late. The hotel accommodated our late arrival so we were able to check in with no problems. Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast」

「 Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking. Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use). Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening.」

「We chose Pistoia as the base for a two-day visit to Florence. This plan worked great. Hosts Carlo and Lucia have a quirky compound located a short walk from the train station. We parked our rental car for the duration, and used the regional train service (frequent and cheap) to get to Florence. (Ask Carlo about his motorcycle collection.)
