"Staff were very welcoming and helpful from check in to departure. We had the basic room which was very nice indeed, a decent size and nicely furnished. Rooftop bar reasonable value for a cocktail surrounded by the sights of Florence. Very central location. Aircon very good and controllable. Highly recommended."

"A nice room with comfortable beds and cool air conditioning. The rooftop terrace is a nice amenity and the location is in the heart of old Florence. The staff are wonderful! The only issue is that water leaks from under the shower glass door if you aren’t careful. Also, it’s a €19 taxi ride to the rail station from there. It was a great value and we would stay again."

"Fantastic location close to all the major attractions and shops in the city, very little need for a taxi anywhere. Breakfast was fresh, good ingredients and good service. The classic Room was fine for a short break, would upgrade to a larger room if staying longer or if you like hanging out in your room. The amenities were good, Roberto Cavalli toiletries. The ac was a little underpowered for the room but in perspective it was nearly 40C and doesn’t usually get this hot for that long. Drinks at the bar were good and good value. The front desk staff were always cheerful and greeted us each time we entered and left, they organised taxis for us and were always happy to help. A good small boutique hotel in the heart of the city."
