酒店來車站大約10分鐘路程，附近環境整潔和安全，酒店附近有好多食肆同商店。酒店房間舒適及設計優美。早餐稍微簡單一點。

Very nice hotel at the centre of shopping area

This is a very nice boutique hotel located right at the main shopping district. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and they gave good restaurant recommendation. We have a room with a street view. It might be a little bit noisy for others but it's alright for us esp there is live music on the day & night time which we enjoye d(they end around 11pm, not hardly hear the music if you close the windows) The only comment is the bathroom. It's clean and has everything but the water drains quite slowly. The shower floor is flat so the water can be easily spread over the whole bathroom and even outside the bathroom.

Terrible hotel

The worst ever. I drop my iPad Pro in the room, some staff took it and did not admit. It is the first time in my life in a 4-star hotel happened such ugly thing. Wish the someone do enjoy my iPad, oh, try harder in breaking the password, then we will see who you are.

Clean room. Modern hotel in the heart of the shopping district. Great place. Even greater staff. Made us feel welcome. Took the time to give my wife and I recommendations more than once. Help with booking taxi. They’d literally help you with anything. Truly made our experience in Florence 10/10. Would definitely recommend!

Small and very friendly boutique type hotel. Excellent value. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Very evident that the staff works very well together to offer guest the best experience.in a great area. Would definitely return.

One of the best Boutique Hotels, I have ever staid in my life. Location 10, Rooms 10, Cleanless 10, Decoration 10 (modern arts around the Hotel!). Breakfast 10 in a beautiful Roof Top. All the staff is always with a smile asking if you need something. Fully recommended! Oviously I will come back.

My wife and I visited for 4 days. The staff was attentive and made us feel at home. We were particularly pleased with the level of follow-up regarding dinning options, transportation to our wine tour and importantly, to the airport for our 7am flight. We will definitely stay again!

Extremely difficult getting to the property. If you are a 1st time driver or new driver to Italy it may be very tough getting through the crowded streets to the front of the hotel. Another downside was when the car is valeted you have to tell the front desk at least an hour prior to get your car out. Totally ruined plans one morning not knowing this. Other than that front desk is extremely helpful, rooms are nice, and the hotel is in a great location with plenty to do and eat around the hotel.

The hotel was great. Outstanding location, close to all landmarks. The service was impeccable, from the front desk staff to the chambermaid service. I would definitely stay here again and consider their sister hotels in other cities in Italy.

We stayed for four nights in May at Hotel Milu, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel felt comfortable and surprisingly spacious for its central location. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive—my child is allergic to eggs, and they took great care to accommodate his needs. The hosts were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Be sure to ask them for gelato recommendations—their picks were fantastic!

We booked three rooms here and all I can say is this place was amazing! It was centrally located within walking distance of all the sites you want to visit, plenty of shopping, and dining. The street itself is extremely clean and nice. There are actually horse draw carriages that stroll down the street from time to time which we could see or hear with our windows open from time to time. This added to the beauty of the area. Our concierge Alessia greeted us with a smile and friendly demeanor which was very welcoming after a long day of travel. She helped us with any questions we had and went over all the property amenities with us in detail. Each concierge at the property was very friendly and helpful during our stay! The rooms were very clean which is one of the most important things I look for at a hotel, so we were all very happy about the cleanliness. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was very accommodating. I would 100% stay here again.
