We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, and everything felt warm, genuine, and welcoming. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

It was a great stay everything was so easy to access! We didn’t have to check in like a normal hotel, I was able to check in through my phone and it was so simple! When we had gotten to the hotel the second night it smelled pretty bad but I had learned that it was the road work working on the pipes so no worries! What was a little weird was that when we checked in, the sink was leaking and the staff was so helpful and came to try and fix it but it kept leaking through our stay! Besides that everything else was great!

Very Quaint Place! Quiet except i felt like i was in a dorm room when i can hear people walking on the floor above My Room! Bathroom sink/vanity not big enough to rest your dop kit or anything else. Staff was magnificent, responsive, great energy and helpful, especially trying to get a cab. Thank You!

Great place to stay! Its a small room in an apartment in a secure location near Pontevecchio. All is control by access codes and felt super safe. Highly recommend it!

Our stay was OK. A couple of things were concerning. When we came back from a day out there was a set of keys in our door as if someone was trying to enter. To access the room we were given a code . when I tried to contact the property about this, they seemed confused and weren’t helpful at all. No one came to pick up the keys. They advertise daily housekeeping, but we were missed on one day and on the other days the service was really late, causing our garbage to overflow and us to run out of toilet paper. We had to go buy some at the local grocery. On a different day, we couldnt access the property. The outer door was locked and we were unable to get in by the method in which they told us to do. No one even responded to the email/texts or phone call when we attempted to report the issue. It was very upsetting and stressful to be locked outside late at night. We got lucky and someone came out, but there wasn’t very many people inside and the staff working inside made it clear they weren’t there to help our room/part of the apartments. Overall, the location was convenient, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The lack of responsiveness from the property manager was a problem and not knowing if you will be able to access the property when coming home made for a stressful stay.

Værelset var fint men indtjekning var besværlig da jeg ikke kunne komme ind og ikke dage i forvejen var informeret om at man ville modtage tlf og kode til dør

One night in Florence

Great location, nice accommodations and clean. Could use a shelf or something to keep your things on in the bathroom. After I checked out woman came and chased me away while I was waiting for my ride. Not sure if she realized I had just stayed there night before
