「I am not sure why the number on hotels.com does not work, but the hosts sent us a message to help us find the place, so make sure you check your mailbox ahead of time. The room was spacious with everything we needed. We had two large suitcases, with them open, we were still able to extend the sofa beds(yes, there were a big bed and two sofa beds in the room.)The bathroom was also big and clean. 「Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence.」
