Hotel did not correctly register my hire car to allow me to drive into the restricted zones of Pistoia to access the hotel and parking area, this resulted in a €100 fine in which the hotel refused to reimburse me for when I contacted them. Be careful!

This property was stunning. Our daughter said it is her cottage core style with flair brought to life. The suite was beautiful. The living room was made up to be a second bedroom and there were 2 full bathrooms. I have mobility issues but the room we were in was perfect for that. There was even a roll-in shower. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Le Palazzo 42 est un hôtel très bien tenu et agréable. Le personnel est impeccable. Les chambres sont petites, mais propres et fonctionnelles. Super douche. L’hôtel a été rénové et est moderne, idéalement situé dans le centro storico. Air climatisé fonctionne. À 750 mètres de la gare par la rue principale.
