「A true gem in Florence with wonderful hospitality Hotel Settefiori was an absolute highlight of our trip. It is a family-run property, and their passion shines through in every single detail, from the tasteful room decor to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were given a complete personal tour: the host showed us around, pointed out all the amenities, and clearly explained how everything worked, including the air conditioning. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. My wife...

「Excellent service and hospitality. The Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety and the staff is super friendly. Reception and front desk staff are extremely helpful and could provide some excellent recommendation on where to spend your evening in Florence. Highly recommend! 」

「Great hotel. The modern Gioconda painting and vibe are quirky and fun. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Amazing location. In the centre of everything. Our room was a good size and very clean. Loved the breakfast each morning. I will definitely choose The Frame Hotel again for my next trip to Florence.」

「Spacious room, excellent location and super helpful staff」

「Very comfortable hotel.」

「Close to train station and near to Mcdonal, interest points」
