「Room 5 the a/c had a difficult time keeping up wth the June heat. Staff was exceptional! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Never needed a taxi during the stay. Walking distance to the train station.」

「非常棒的酒店，房间大，浴室大。浴室有热毛巾的装置（很多酒店是不能用的），有拖鞋，身体乳浴帽，最赞的是每天一瓶气泡水一瓶矿泉水。欧洲一般的酒店最多给一瓶，有些只有第一天有…各种的小家子气。甚至最后一天要check out 了，还来敲门要给两瓶水，很热情。 酒店位置也好，去哪都方便，火车站就是五分钟的脚程。周围好吃的饭店也多。早餐也还行。 总之是物超所值的选择。非常推荐。」

「We LOVED our stay here! It was so central to everything that we would literally walk back just to go to the bathroom. The room and lobby area were so cute. Great AC for the hot summer heat and our favorite touch was that the lobby had cold water on tap (sparkling and still) and a little espresso bar with treats as well. The staff was nice and super helpful.」

「I can’t imagine staying in a better place in Florence! It is so centrally located and in the middle of all the “action.” Our hosts were wonderful, the communication before and during our stay was very helpful and gracious. The room was comfortable and spacious and although I didn’t get to use the balcony much because of the heat, it was nice to step out occasionally for some great views. Highly recommended!!」

「The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.」

「The room was very modern and spacious. Breakfast was good, but we didn’t know that we could have an omelette until we overheard the waitress tell someone else. We didn’t want one, but that’s why the staff didn’t get 5 stars. We don’t know what we don’t know, you know? Don’t bother using the restaurant discount. Use the fabulous location to find better within walking distance.」
