It is so centrally located and in the middle of all the “action.” Our hosts were wonderful, the communication before and during our stay was very helpful and gracious. The room was comfortable and spacious and although I didn’t get to use the balcony much because of the heat, it was nice to step out occasionally for some great views. Highly recommended!!」

「We LOVED our stay here! It was so central to everything that we would literally walk back just to go to the bathroom. The room and lobby area were so cute. Great AC for the hot summer heat and our favorite touch was that the lobby had cold water on tap (sparkling and still) and a little espresso bar with treats as well. 「The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.」

「The outdoor space was amazing with great views. They advertised laundry but there was no laundry in the unit or on property-we chose this place as our midway point to do laundry and had to walk 10 minutes away to do laundry at a laundry mat.」

The staff helped us get a taxi in the morning and even let me get a drink from the bar even though I didn’t realize a private event was happening. The drinks and food are pricey, as you would expect (about a 10 euro markup from any place else for a spritz), but we would absolutely stay here again.」
