But this time because the staff were so exceptional and the standard of the room and service were outstanding, I felt I needed to write something to praise the experience. 「The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.」

「Residenza della Arti is located in the heart of Florence, and a 16 minute walk from the train station. My room was spotless and comfortable, with air conditioning, a rainfall shower, and digital TV. I enjoyed the included breakfast - it was really convenient to get something to eat before heading out to check out the city. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel at home.」
