「The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.」

「此行在義大利四個城市住過最好的飯店、價格也十分合理！ 首先位置很好，離火車站與聖母百花教堂都很近，再者飯店本身規劃的很好很精緻，除了大廳有華麗的佈置與鐘錶蒐集展示外，每個房間都有各自的名字跟典故。房間裝潢很典雅、空間充足、浴室也很大，甚至還可以設定房間裡的背景輕音樂。 早餐在飯店頂樓可以看到聖母大殿的餐廳，選擇豐富而美味，咖啡也準備的很好！（比一般飯店的好喝） 非常推薦來佛羅倫斯的旅客選擇這間飯店！」

「This is a great to stay in the heart of Florence. Nice room and a great breakfast. Easy to walk to places to visit, shop and eat. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.」

「Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....

「本次義大利旅行最滿意的住宿！地點超棒，離SMN車站很近，方便徒步去各大景點。櫃台人員也非常親切，詳細地介紹了所有設備和周邊環境。雖然很可惜一個人沒辦法住到有壁畫的房間，但我的房間有小巧的陽台，可以體會到歷史悠久的古老宅邸氣氛。唯一的小小缺點是開門鎖的方式有點令人困惑，第一晚回去差點以為自己被鎖在門外，怎麼樣都打不開門，幸好後來解決了。下次會想再住！」
