The room is comfortable, and the room service is good. The location is very convenient, with easy access to most places. However, the hotel’s à la carte restaurant is one I would recommend avoiding. The food quality, service, and overall dining environment do not justify the prices charged.

The rooms are very clean and well proportioned although on the smaller scale. The biggest problem was the smell of sewage on the ground floor. Not the best when first entering the hotel. Also, the glass stairs were a MAJOR hinderance especially for older guests...not recommended! The gym facilites were great and the service was attentive. Location is excellent and definitely handy.

Bijou room within a hotel with lots of character

Lovely hotel with lots of character. Room was lovely and decorated well but not that practical. The mirrors where behind the closes (open wardrobe) and behind the large bedside lamps, so not very easy to do your hair. The room was very compact, with not a lot of storage space. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The quality of the stay at the Brunelleschi is wonderful, from the first greetings by door and front desk staff, housekeeping, breakfast and restaurant staff alike, everyone helped us feel well relaxed and easy.
