Love the rooms + service + staff. Location is great, right in the heart of Florence. Not so happy with the breakfast buffet - not much options but ambience is great! I will still choose to stay in this hotel if I come back to Florence.

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Florence. Everything is within a 5-10 min walk. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean, and they had nice touches like cold water in our mini fridge every day when we returned from being out. Would love to stay here again in the future.
