"Very nice stay. Me and my wife was celebrating our 10 year anniversary with a weekend i Florence. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from city centre, so a nice and quiet area. We stayed a total of four nights, and the room was excellent, and so was the staff. Helping us with all our requests. Will book again! Forza Viola!😊"

"A so enjoyed the historic element of the hotel. The rooms were well appointed the breakfast area with the fresco ceiling was amazing as was the terrace. The front staff were excellent would stay here again without question!"

"Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and gave excellent instructions about the area and the hotel. The air conditioning worked great and everything in our room was clean and well cared for. We had 2 twins beds side by side that were comfortable and gave the room a lot of space. Location was a plus plus - just under 5 minutes easy walk from the Florence train station (only minus was to exit the train station there were about 20 steps."

"We had a very good stay in Florence. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and overall we were very happy with our experience. There are a few areas that could use a little more attention. Some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn, with noticeable marks and damage on some of the walls, and the elevator was occasionally problematic. These were relatively minor issues, though, and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. A very good option for a stay in Florence, and we would happily recommend it!"
