Nice hotel close to Florence airport for early flt

Great hotel near Florence airport for early morning flights. Tomasso was super checking us in and we received our room earlier than promised. Also “Bosa” ( that was her nickname I think) was an excellent server in the restaurant for a quick dinner for an early night. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety and fresh.

Great place to stay! They also offered a wonderful recommendation for dinner- some of our best dining in Florence. This is not a “historical” area, but has a lovely open park right across the street. Highly recommend, especially in the summer!

I can’t fault our stay at all. Staff were friendly and very helpful organising us a breakfast box for a very early tour. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely. A member of staff even made us a fresh squeezed orange juice. The hotel itself was incredibly close to a tram which provided excellent transport links. A great stay, would recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable; room was clean but you can see that renovations were done in not the best workmanship. I will recommend this hotel as it was a very short walk to a team station which gets you to the train station fairly quickly.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Florence Novoli for an overnight before an early flight. It was well located; there was a metro station very close by for a quick jaunt into the heart of Florence for the afternoon and a short drive to the airport for our early morning flight. The biggest surprise was dinner at the hotel restaurant, the menu provided plenty of options and the food was delicious and nicely presented.

Good budget airport hotel, close to the tram to get to old Florence. Really nice park around the University just across from it. Nice and clean and good pressure in the shower Grocery store and a few restaurants close.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location

The location and parking makes the hotel a good choice for us. Convenient from the motorway and Pisa-Florence dual carriageway. San Donato tram stop only a few minutes walk away, so it’s handy for access to the centre (appx 10/15 mins) and also the airport on the T2 line. Well maintained hotel. Clean. Tidy. Fragrant. Good spread at the breakfast table. Attentive staff. Bar prices are reasonable for Florence. Thanks to the reception staff for quickly resolving our reservation issue. (Error @ hotels.com). We had all we needed for a comfortable weekend break. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn

Okay but would not stay here again

The hotel needs maintenance, the tub was clogged, the bathroom glass was broken causing water to leak. The front desk staff were not as friendly as in other hotels we stayed at in Italy (mainly IHG hotels). The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendants were very nice and friendly.
