River view bedroom with comfortable bed and memory foam pillows. The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was excellent. 」

「雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險」

「The place was spotless and really well equipped, full kitchen, washing machine, oven, coffee machine etc. Easy check in, friendly staff. We only stayed one night but it would be perfect for a longer stay too. More like a 5 minute walk to the Bernina express but not a major issue. I would say the entrance is a little hard to find especially in the dark, its down a side street and it just looks like a block of flats from the outside. Perhaps clarify the directions with the place first, they...
