Beautiful, clean, and renovated property. Comfortable beds, clean dishes and towels available. Located in a quieter neighborhood with its own charm. Hosts were very receptive and thoughtful as well. All the utensils and miscellaneous items we needed were provided. The main door wasn't functional during our stay, but the hosts contacted us promptly, and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes. The door was not a problem for us the rest of our stay.

The apartment was very well appointed, comfortable, clean and modern. The TV was tiny and the main bed a bit firm but otherwise no complaints. It was possible to walk to all the attractions. Communications were easy and check in and check out was also very easy.

Communication - Bad and Good Bad - The e-mail to access the apartment was never sent which caused anxiety about the stay. Good - Customer service did call at 2:00, 1 hour before check-in to arrange for access to the apartment and were prompt in meeting. Bad - The first communication was only an hour before check-in. Property Condition Bad - None of the 3 air conditioners worked that were located in each of the 2 bedrooms and the living room. Everything else about the apartment was great.

We were very unhappy with the way we were treated by the company that manages this. The staff were rude, argumentative and told us that things were working when they were not. We would recommend you remove this company from your website. The faults with the property included air con, dishwasher, shower and hair dryer. We will be making a complaint.
