The location of this unit is very convenient and close to many museums, the Duomo, etc. The AC worked which was great after the hot day we had walking around. The washer and dryer worked as well which were helpful as we were a week into our trip. The only downside is a manhole cover or grate outside the master bedroom that is loud when cars drive over it. But that’s the city for you. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Está bien ubicado, a persona que nos hizo el checkin fue maravillosa, las camas, almohadas y toallas muy bien, los baños y limpieza bien, aunque la electricidad algo débil, si se utiliza la tostadora salta la luz, las tomas USB estaban rotas. This apartment was amazing. Two large bedrooms and two baths. It was perfect for our stay. The washer and drier made packing light so incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great condition. The location was an easy walk to/from the train station and extremely close to restaurants, shops, and the Mercato Centrale. We would absolutely stay here the next time we come to Florence.

Good location near to the central market (many food choices) and fairly near to the train station and key v attractions such as Accademia, Cathedral and Uffizi. Has a lift from ground floor to the apartment on the first floor. Hence no need to luggm suitcases up and down flights of stairs.

The location was great for exploring Florence and close enough to walk from the central train station. The apartment was nice and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The power to the unit is a bit fragile and I would suggest not using the toaster as it will consistently knock power out to the unit. This happened to us and the resulting delays caused us to miss an expensive full day tour of Tuscany, our main activity planned for the trip. It took us 3 hrs to finally get instructions on how to reset the various breakers in the apartment and at the front of the building. Suggestions provided to the host were to either remove the toaster from the unit or to better document how to resolve the inevitable power issues.

Nice property in a great location in Florence. Property has a vintage charm to it. I liked the high ceilings with exposed beams. Kitchen was modern and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. A extra pillow would be nice to have. One of the showers was tiny. It would be nice to have a shelf to put shampoo and soap in the shower. As small as it is, it is very difficult to reach for those from the floor. It would also be nice to have a towel bar to hang bath towels, and a washcloth.
