「The owner of this property left us abandoned and helpless. We arrived in Rome after 11pm, which the host knew in advance and acknowledged. Though the check in window was earlier than this, we thoroughly communicated our late arrival with the staff, and they assured us that it was okay. They did not indicate that there would be any issues with our late arrival especially since we have advanced notice. 「We can’t say enough nice things and are so glad we stayed here! Everything we saw on the property was very clean. I’m picky on room cleanliness and didn’t even see a hair left behind, so impressed. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Bed was simple but just what we liked and room was cool with the ac durning our summer heatwave.
