「Todo muy bien」

「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」

「The apartments were lovely; spacious, clean and well equipped. We weren’t aware of the specific apartment we’d get and had an issue with a spiral staircase in ours we weren’t aware of but the team was great and got us relocated to an alternative. Really clear instructions and super central to walk everywhere, highly recommend」

「Absolutely amazing apartment, perfect neighbourhood also very safe and felt homely」

「Very decent place to stay, slightly expensive but high value」

「I had reserved 3 nights in this apartment during the Winter Olympics and the location is ideal. It is right beside Cadona train and metro station. The agency provides centralised management in the premises. The neighbourhood is with sufficient amenties. It only takes less than 15 minutes to arrive at the main tourist attractions by metro. However, the room was a bit tiny because and the bed is placed on a cement 'platform' (see the photo), it'd be difficult to sit up straight on the bed if the...

「This property is in a perfect location and really」

「I would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Starting with the extremely welcoming team, she was very nice an amazing smile and very helpful. Made us feel at home. Communication was easy and they were very accommodating and resourceful. Place was in a great location, super clean, and very spacious. We were in the penthouse so really enjoyed the skylights.」

「We were early to check in and went to San't Andrea 12 (main location) & ended up staying there instead. Excellent customer service & its good value for money and the location is very good. Rooms are small but done up with very nicely decor. Dounia at the reception was prompt and very helpful. Would stay again.」

「Very clean and spacious Great value in Navigili」

「PARCHEGGIO PERSONALE LA CUCINA ERA UN PO' DANNEGGIATA」

「Very spacious and clean apartment in a very nice part of the city. The street has a very nice atmosphere at night with Thursday night in particular being very busy (we stayed midweek) would imagine weekends are the same, top of the street has many wine bars with people standing outside (was never 'rowdy'! Just full of locals 'catching up')」

「Bait and switch, and they still charged full price. None of the listing photos are of the apartments we were given. The advertisement showed a specific apartment, with specific rooms, specific finishes, and a specific look. We checked that listing again after we arrived. The photos do not match this unit. Not a different angle. Not a room they had updated. A different apartment from the one in the ad. We paid for four nights in Milan and were charged the full amount despite them not giving us...
