「The hotel is new with very friendly staff, very rich breakfast and excellent location if you are visiting Milano for the first time where all the places to visit are walking distance from the hotel.」

「at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. 」

「The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.」

「The staffs were nice. The room was very small and not so good smelling. Shower space was tiny and not clean. The internet was terrible, even the TV lost the connection. Generally, the equipments were old and you do not expect them to function properly. Location is the only advantage. 」

「My stay was great and the location was incredible! I love that the apartment was surrounded by incredibly cute cafes, shops and event the Golden Goose flagship store where you could watch the shoes being made--so cool! I wish I had more time to spend here because there was so much people watching to do and the vibe was so fun especially in the late afternoon with all the cafes full of locals. 「Excellent location 5 minutes from Duomo, La Scala and dozens of restaurants. 20 minutes flat walk to railway station for trains to Lake Como. Lovely spacious modern apartment with everything you need. Our apartment in this block is on a main road and VERY noisy with traffic and trams. The windows keep no sound out. Aircon didn’t work. Luckily the outside temperature was only 23c which was bearable.」
