"I don't usually write reviews, but was very impressed with my stay at AXYHOTELS InnStyle when I needed a transit hotel in Milan to catch an early train. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a helpful staff member who offered me something to drink while the another handled my check in. They were able to grant me an early check-in, and the room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and updated. The bonus was that they had complimentary lunch and dinner buffets along with a complimentary in-room minibar. Excellent and warm service throughout. I can see why most of the reviews consistently praise this establishment. I would highly recommend."

"Staff were lovely especially the the bell hopper who was a really welcome relief in the summer heat with his glass of chilled water. Thank you. The only complaint was that the triple room that we had was slightly on the small size, but it must be said we had our best sleep with the curtain blackout blinds."
