Centrally located Hotel from which you can visit every place you want in Milano with an idyllic garden (courtyard). Tram station/Bus Station etc. are nearby. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and big enough, air conditioned. The furniture in the rooms are dated but for staying few days, it is good enough. Do not expect to much from the breakfast. It is good but not varied (would say typical italian breakfast). parking in the street is not possible and hotel does not have own parking spaces. if you come with car, you have to us the parking house "Machiavelli Parking" (costs round about 30€/day) and is near to the hotel.

El hotel me parece que esta mas cerca de ser tres estrellas que 4. Es un hotel viejo con cierto encanto por sus areas comunes, patio, bar y restaurante. Las habitaciones remodeladas, todas distintas en tamaño y mobiliario pueden parecer un poco improvisadas en su decoración. también un poco oscuras y ruidosas. El bar y quien lo atiende hace que el lugar sea agradable y se antoje utilizar las areas comunes del patio.

I had to switch rooms three times throughout my stay. The rooms are overall very small and old with facilities often not working. The elevator wait was also very long. I also didn't like how the hotel leak information about me and allowing people to visit rooms when other people are still staying in. My friend easily found my room through the front desk and got a card without the hotel informing me. I think this is a very big liability issue.

The property had caracter. Unfortunately the gym was in disrepair, with brocken machines. If you need a gym in your stay that is not the place to stay. If you are looking for a clean place with some caracter and close to the center you can have a pleasant stay.

Das Zimmer war klamm. Unsere Sachen waren alle feucht und muffelig. Das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt. Der Vorhang an dem einen Fenster zum Innenhof war defekt. Im Flur eine Baustelle. Ansonsten war das Zimmer Recht groß und die Klimaanlage Recht leise.

This hotel was alright. The air conditioner did not work very well and at some point during our stay our hotel had a blackout. The hotel was clean enough and while the pillows were not super comfortable they did the job compared to other places I stayed in. The staff was very nice and helpful so this is a positive. The area of the hotel was good in some ways. There were several restaurants, ethnic and local in the area, a lot of bars too. The hotel was close enough to Milano Centrale which is a positive if you are planning on doing day trips or if you are traveling Italy by train. I have to say that other comments mentioned this area was sketchy. While I might agree that the area was sketchy for Italy it was not all bad when compared to places back in the states or cities like Paris. Would I stay here again. Probably.

A lovely welcome on arrival, helpful lovely staff especially Roman in the bar who was such good fun and made our stay special. The hotel was exceptionally clean and lots of thoughtful extras like water and fresh apples in the lounge area. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice and the staff extremely helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again.Thank you to all the staff.

Hyggelig personale, men rommet var i dårlig stand. Hvordan dette hotellet har 4 stjerner klarer jeg ikke helt å forstå. Ubehagelig seng, som forøvrig var to enkeltsenger lagt sammen. AC var støyete og ineffektiv. Frokosten var helt OK. Sammenlignet med et annet 4-stjerners hotell vi sov på i Milano, så vil jeg heller si dette fortjener 2-3 stjerner.

Convenient hotel near the Milan train station. Staff was very attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful and included in rate! We were here for a quick overnight in Milan, and managed to walk to the Duomo for dinner

The bed was two twins pushed together with a gap in the middle. The pillows and duvet were not nice at all, very flat. The air conditioning didn't really work well. The surrounding blocks around the hotel were completely covered in graffiti. Very disgusting.
