Friendly, helpful, 24 hour available staff. Helped us get a cab to station. Neighborhood felt a bit like a real city at night, but nothing too bad.

The pictures - on the internet - are outdated and probably taken either from the early beginning or it's one special room. The pictures do not represent reality. However clean bed and toilet.

Location was close to metro station. AirCon requires extra payment which is misleading as the amenities it is listed and the right at the bottom it says with additional fees. Asked for toilet rolls which took a while. It is average place with 2 stars.

I visited Milano about 10 times, and the this is the best hotel position of all Inside the city center of Milano from the main street Buenos Aires Corso full with shopping stores and a lot of restaurants, and just few minutes from The Central Station Great accommodation

Well-located hotel and clean room; the bathroom door handle nearly came off in my hand but I'll forgive this for the great shower. Easy walk into Milan and to the metro / train station. Friendly staff at the desk, and would happily stay here again

We had booked the room , and payed in advance.But there was a 24 hours strike in Italy, so we could not go by train from Rome to Milan . I asked to change the reservation to the next day , but they just ignored my request . So we played for nothing.

No air conditioning and we tried to sleep with the window open. The road was so loud we could not sleep. The Aldo had a strong vinger smell that also made it hard to sleep. We left our room around 7:00am and the front door gentleman was sound asleep,

Location was good. Room was small and a little shabby, one of the towels was dirty but was replaced when we asked. There was A/C but it cost us extra 3e/day, that wasn’t mentioned when we booked the room. We also had to specificly ask for it when the room got really hot. It would have been nice to know right away when we checked in.

Witful Egyptian enjoy toplay customer in and out

We stayed here for several days before going to Como. The day before I went I talked to their receptionist Mario , who said no problems for storing luggages overnight . Next morning there is another Egyptian receptionist William , as I started storing my luggages there for 1 night. He said not possible . Not until I beg him he reluctantly agreed rudely and in despise. I then came back after Como trip. Mario explained William did not know that I will come back to stay here after Como.( but there are all prebooking and prepaid record in place already.) I continued to stay here, and as I met William I told him we will go to Venice for several days and come back to stay here next Monday, asking him to check my booking . He checked, and said ok for us to store luggage here . The next morning as I checked out and stored luggage William said not possible. He said can’t keep it for so long and asked me to take away my luggage or come back in the afternoon and talked to Mario myself. I said my train will start in an hour. Desperately, I said I got to go to catch the train and leave my luggage here, asking him please ask Mario later, William said if I left the luggage here and went away, (word to word) “ I would just treat and it as RUBBISH and throw it outside the street the moment I leave” Fully humiliated , I almost knelt down to beg him. As time drafted on for another 20 min he reluctantly called Mario , who agreed immediately my request. What a painful experience !
