The property is centrally located. Right across from the central station. Easy walking distance to all transportation, such as trains bus, and metro. Lot of shops and restaurants nearby. However, the area may not be safe in the evening.

Overall a great hotel. Breakfast was better than most. Clean and comfortable with a queen bed and 2 twins for a family of 4 (including 2 teenagers). Air conditioning was very poor but we were told when we left that they can also control it at the front desk, so for others considering this hotel, be sure to ask. Also, a wonderful concierge was very nice and helpful and recommended Osteria Papà Nicola (restaurant 3 min walk away)- it was fantastic!

Room was very compact with all that we needed. Safe and air conditioning weren’t working when we arrived but staff were sent to sort the safe immediately, and AC was switched on remotely for us to then control in-room. Breakfast was great with an array of options. Location was ideal, just a couple of minutes flat walk from Milan Centrale station. Only downside was that our room was in a separate building to the main hotel which was ok for us travelling together but if I was travelling solo I may not have felt as safe.
