Lätt att checka in, tydliga instruktioner. Läget är toppen. Rymlig lägenhet. Helt okej fräscht. Kan väl känna att en grundlig storstädning hade behövts. Luktade lite konstigt när vi kom in i lägenheten, försvann efter någon timme. Overall ett bra boende.

Bien situé mais quelques point à améliorer.

Appartement bien situé, proche des 2 gares principales, à 1/2 heure à pied du Duomo. Le style sous les toits un peu ancien a un certain charme. Heureusement la clim fonctionne bien. Le couchage dans le canapé convertible n'est pas confortable. On pouvait entendre des bestioles marcher au dessus du plafond, sous les tuiles. La procédure de check-in "automatisée" de Italianway est particulièrement pénible.

The area was nice. There is a Carrefour Express across the street and many dining options in the building which takes up an entire city block. The apartment itself was not very clean with few amenities. Check in and check out are do-it-yourself.

The good: Location close to all Milan bus, tram, metro transportation. Makes it very easy to get in and out of Milan Central Station (major hub for train/bus arrivals & departures). Restaurants/market close by this location, ample space within the apartment, and security for this unit is well executed. The bad: the mattress (could feel the bed springs), check-in process for this unit (email is provided 3pm the day of your stay & the key box is very hard to initially open. Tip: type in the provided pwd, physically pull-up the lockbox and then towards you to open the lockbox). There is no early check-in or luggage storage available. Overall would recommend this place especially with 2026 winter olympics coming up.

This is an attic apartment

Apartment space itself was nice Spacious and clean Quite nice for us for a couple of days. Elevator to 4th floor, but only narrow stairs to 5th floor. It was pretty tight with luggage. Definitely would NOT recommend for anyone with joint, heart, respiratory or mobility issues.

Convenient location to Central Station and downtown area. Convenience stores, bars, restaurants, tram and metro lines just down the street. Apartment is small but enough for two people. The only ‘problem’ was that there was no heat available. Apparently, in Milan you can’t have heat turned on before October 15th, which we were not told beforehand and was pretty inconvenient, as it was cold and pouring rain for most of the two weeks we stayed in Milan (Sep 30 - Oct 13, 2024), with no way to dry your wet clothes. We had to find a laundry facility. Overall, a nice stay.

I like the apartment. It was big for three people. Big kitchen and amenities. The access to the appartment itself was through and elevator to the 4th floor; but, the apartment is at a narrowed stair which was hard to carry our suitcases. It is difficult for travelers of a larger size.

1.Approximity of the property from major attractions and transportation was very good. 2.The check-in process was not smooth. We had to struggle for getting the keys and checking in the room in the hot weather. 3.The air conditioner of the bed room was not working when we checked in. It was very hot and it took 3 hrs for the technician to come and check the issue. The AC issue was solved temporarily. Again we faced the same issue day 2 onwards. 4.The technician Vincent was very supportive and tried his best to resolve the issue. Also the customer support was very helpful. 5.The washer was not working. Again we had to wait for the technician to resolve the issue. 6.Not enough toiletries, kitchen napkins, cleanliness products like dish soap etc. were available at the property. 7.The property does not have any back up facility when there is electricity outage. 8.There is no light on the stairs going from 4th floor to the property. 9.Overall our stay could have been better if the Air conditioner worked propely.

This place was absolutely amazing. Property is a bit old, but it is very charming. Owner was very responsive and even helped us by giving us video directions for a self check-in. Local dining was also amazing literally right outside our stay. Would stay here again, will miss this place.

I like very much the area of the apartment, but i have luggage very heavy and i need to carry up the stairs for one floor, everything is very good but you need to have a carry-on or a small baggage, excellent service at the stations central
