"Everything was terrible from check in where we were sent to some horror film looking room up 3 flights of stairs to a desk manager who obviously sent us there after our original room was not available, and I could not understand the ineptitude, though I was always polite. The place smells and the hallway carpets are dirty and stained, there was even dog feces in the hallway The room bedsheets had curly pubic hair in them . The bathroom floor had dried urine around the toilet. The bathtub had dirt in it and was clogged It took 5 minutes for the water to drain This room was so dirty that we peeled off the top sheets and slot with our clothes on There is no way this is a 4 star hotel I"

"This is an excellent hotel within walking distance of Milano Centrale train station in Milan. Check in and check out was easy. Front desk staff, Gisselle in particular, are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is fully updated and it provides an excellent breakfast. We stayed one night in order to catch the Malpensa Express train to the airport. Will stay here again!"
