The location within 1 minute of the metro was super convenient and the area down by the canals had fabulous restaurants. Check-in was easy (and flexible! 「We had a great stay at the Casale apartment! The unit is exactly as represented, clean and updated, safe and secure (and great A/C). The staff was excellent and easy to communicate with, they provided some really nice extras to make the stay great. The bathroom is however not in good condition, there's mold in the shower, rust on the mirrors, the toilet seat cover was broken and the drain in the shower was draining very slowly as if it was party clogged.」
