「I had an excellent stay here — truly a five‑star experience. The staff were warm and friendly, and everything from check‑in to check‑out was smooth and stress‑free. My room was spotless, quiet, and well‑equipped, which made it really easy to relax every day. The location couldn’t have been better, with quick access to all the main attractions and super convenient transportation options. I would absolutely stay here again. 「Under the bathroom sink was rubble for work down ( plaster) that i cleaned. The pullout couch sheets were not clean. it took forever to get a brown to clean the room. we were rationed toilette paper, i bought my own and were advised that we would have one set pf towels for a week stay. Thankfully the cleaning lady gave us extra towels,. the front desk was very short and seemed bothered when we asked for direction ( this was our first trip to Rome, Italy and we were celebrating my daughters...
