We were very happy with the newly-renovated one bedroom apartment within walking distance of the major sites in Venice. there were also many restaurant options nearby and a much more pleasant area than the areas closer to San Marco square.

This property opened in May after two years of renovation. It is truly a special retreat in Venice! The staff was also exceptional! Do not hesitate to stay!

This beautiful property was perfect for our family of 4. A new and comfortable apartment newly renovated and with so many thoughtful little touches including local wine, coffee and biscotti. Will 100% stay here when we return to Venice. Also, response time and helpfulness of staff were excellent. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful apartments in a quiet area of Venice. Beautifully remodel apartments with all the comfort. They are located in a quiet area of Venice, close to the vaporetto and bus station and walkable to st. Marks piazza and basilica. Would definitely recommend, it was great! Safe and clean

Super clean, spacious, and best of all was Andrea and Marco, front desk/concierge who did a lot of work to help us with restaurant suggestions, reservations, questions ahead of time and even booking water taxis to the hotel, and from the hotel to VCE airport after... seamless, clear prompt and helpful communications. These two were aces, to add to a beautiful room!! definitely would use again!!

I booked this for my son and I while in Venice. I have to say it surpassed my expectations. Hospitality was 5⭐️ Excellent communication. Arrived and created by staff that were amazing!!! I liked that it was super clean, decor was perfect ! Beds so comfy and space was amazing. We had a new of the canal which was perfect was to wake up. Will definitely be back. Thank you again.
