「Perfect location to explore all of Venice, we never had to take a ferry and were able to walk everywhere due to being well-positioned between the two bridges. Great, clean room with some nice touches and really friendly, welcoming staff. Highly recommend!」

「Perfect location and amazing staff. They were always available to make recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They were also available to make any transportation arrangements for us. Best part they arranged a complimentary glass factory tour to Murano! I also recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. It included many choices and options and was prepared fresh for each individual. 」

「Room was clean and well appointed. A few marks on the walls from guests and their luggage mishandling. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Quiet building in central area of Venice. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only small criticism was they locked us out before 10 and it was a hassle to get back in our day of departure. Overall highly recommended.」

「furniture is a bit old but acceptable, have welcome snack and drinks nice breakfast the view is quite nice, can overlook one of the canels in Venice Reasonable price for an overnight experience in Venice Recommended! 「Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.」

「Room is tiny but clean, bed is super cozy I like firm bedding. Nice staff. Convenient location. It will take 30 mins walk from the bus station but it is close to the ferry pier to Murano and Burano.」
