「Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.」

「Annalisa was brilliant with help on WhatsApp and booking water taxis for us. There is a public taxi stop very close as well. This apartment is in a lovely area and had very nice dining very close. There is a grocery steps away if you wanted to cook and the kitchen is well equipped. This is an apartment so you do not get daily cleaning and fresh towels. Clean and freshly updated the only thing missing was a small love seat or chairs in the main room. The 2 kitchen chairs were not good for...

「Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.」
