「Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.」

「Cute stay, but the air conditioning didn't work, and it was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit every day. Lucky to get a lower unit otherwise, lots of stairs with luggage, as there is no elevator. No laundry services available. Tricky to find the location, and they wouldn't give us a code until we were standing in front of the door. Then, a code to get into the building and another to get your keys. They were physical keys, so we left them at the hotel each day. Convenient location. However, the process...

「This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. 」
