「We loved this property. The ambiance was wonderful. Loved the details and character. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants/cafes/sites. Definitely recommend spending time here. Only caveat to consider is limited elevator access- not available to all floors.」

「We stayed on the top floor unit with the terrace. The apartment was fantastic, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, microwave and a coffee maker/supplies. The rooms are spacious with attached restrooms and the terrace was a great bonus. Only caution is that there is no elevator and climbing three floors may be challenging for anyone who is physically impaired. The location is even better, Fenice theatre is across from the building, quick walk to San Mark's and Doge...

「It was close to the boat station and within walking distance of the sights. The place was also pretty clean. However, it doesn’t have an elevator, and there is no iron or ironing board.」

「Very nice small boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. I like the design/deco a lot. Very close to ferry pier if you are from Rovinj. A little longer walk from the centre but it is acceptable. Quiet and clean room. Wonderful owner and staff. They are very helpful and responsive. I would certainly stay again.」
