「Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.」

「We had a wonderful stay overall. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and located in a fantastic neighborhood. One of my favorite features was the beautiful skylight-style windows in the ceiling, which filled the space with natural light and gave it a unique charm. The location was excellent—quiet enough to feel relaxed, but still convenient for exploring Venice. The only minor challenge was the keyless entry system, which relies on a cell phone connection. 「This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. 」
