Centrally located to everything. Breakfast was generous. Staff was very attentive and all of staff spoke English and spanish which was a huge plus. Very helpfull with map of town. "

"We chose to return to this hotel because we enjoyed it so much the first time. About 5.00pm each night the day trippers leave and the serenity and beauty of Murano is compelling. It is quiet, rooms are comfortable and staff, especially at breakfast are delightful. The breakfast selection is huge and high quality with as much coffee or tea (or prosecco) as you want. There are five or six excellent restaurants within easy walking distance and the shopping is amazing. "

"Description states elevator, however if you’re staying on the 2nd floor & have a room 253 or above, you’re climbing another 1-1/2 flights of narrow winding stairs. And going to the 3rd floor and coming down does not work! The carpet is threadbare on the stairs. If you go to the breakfast after 9:15 the room is overly overly warm. This hotel should not be rated at 7. This is the smallest room I have ever seen and it slanted. "

"The hotel is beautiful and gorgeously set on the water with beautiful views. The only complaint I had was that it was very hard to find once I got off of the water taxi/ferry from the airport at St. Marks Square with no signage to indicate where it was, even within a few hundred feet of the hotel."
