Amazing hotel! From the rooms to all the staff were friendly! Always greeting and helpful. Location is 10/10 as well just minutes walk to St.Mark square. Highly recommend staying here.

Incredible staff who helped with every question and piece of advice we needed. They also arranged transport for us a few times. The Butler service was quick and handled everything we requested. Felt like a luxury cocoon in Venice. Location is great since it's near St Marks yet feels like a world away and is very quiet.
We stayed at the St. Regis for 6 nights in July for our second time. It fully lived up to our high expectations, and the hospitality/service was even better than the last time. This is THE best place to stay in Venice, and the location is unbeatable. The st. Regis was phenomenal. I reached out to them to coordinate a birthday during our stay and they were very responsive, accommodating, and made great recommendations. They organized everything for us and took care of us prior and during our stay. They were gracious enough to upgrade us to a presidential suite just bc it was a birthday and they welcomed us to the hotel unlike any hotel I have ever stayed at. Best service, best food and best rooms. Highly highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back. The staff were all amazing, welcoming, informed and every person greets you by name. Definitely one of the best experience in a hotel that I have endured in my last 15 years. We spent New Year’s Eve in the deck. Staff was super courteous. The music was amazing and the view of the fireworks were spectacular. Definitely I would try to repeat this hotel at any ocassion that I visit Venice. The rooms were spacious and super clean. The staff was super amicable from the arrival until the departure. The staff made you feel at home welcome and tending to all our needs. Once suggestion is that you include the breakfast with your stay, the buffet was amazing. Second suggestion is great martinis at Gios with a spectacular view. Safe travels.
Our stay at The St. Regis Venice was absolutely fantastic. From the start, the staff was so helpful and attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect. We requested connected rooms, and not only did they accommodate this, but they also gave us an amazing upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise.
The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire hotel had a warm, elegant atmosphere that made us feel instantly at ease. We also arranged a private transfer through the hotel, and it was completely seamless. The third-party company they worked with was excellent—professional, punctual, and exactly the kind of high-quality service you’d expect from a hotel like this.
Every interaction with the staff was lovely, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay special. From the smooth logistics to the little thoughtful touches, everything added up to an amazing experience.

The pluses: A beautiful property with a more modern, art deco feel. The patio by the water has a lovely view, and bed very comfortable. Great art and creative interior design. The challenges: Because there are so many people checking in and out at the same time in a smaller space, it feels crowded and hectic. I emailed butler service multiple times before arrival and only one response. Our room would not cool down at night. In the lobby restroom, they had ran out of drying towels and lotion. No milk or cream for coffee in the room. Many service people felt like they were in a hurry. One piece of luggage was not delivered to our room. After multiple calls, went downstairs 4 hours later and was told, “Yes, we have it. So sorry, we forgot to bring it up.” This was not the luxury experience that I expected.
