樓梯很陡，並且沒有前台人員協助，如果大件行李建議重新考慮

Very nice boutique hotel. Room was nicely done. Didn’t like the fact that there was no lift and no one to help get our luggage to the second floor.

A nice quaint boutique hotel. The only problem is with no elevator it makes it difficult to get heavy luggage up 3-4 flights of stairs

The place is very well located close to Rialto bridge. The check in was very quick and easy. The room is a bit small but it worked well for us. Bed was comfortable , bathroom very clean. There is a big flight of stairs to get to the second floor reception, but we were able to get the luggage upstairs. It is a great place and we will definitely recommend it.

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable, though slightly cramped by its architecture. The finishes were luxurious. Concierge staff was not regularly on site, though communicated frequently and responded quickly via WhatsApp. We were unaware that there was no elevator, so moving our suitcases up the 3 1/2 flights of stairs was an unexpected challenge at the end of a long travelling day. Perhaps some warning tape on the 2nd to last step descending due to the low clearance would be helpful. We would consider returning, but would not choose the 3rd floor room with terrace due to the stairs issue.

So, nice location near the Rialto but no reception, restaurant , bar.. room extremely small even by European standards, shower was 2x2 feet could not move, no real windows and no emergency exit… felt trap and claustrophobic, still love Venice…
