I was arriving late so I called two days before my stay to note on my room that I would be checking in around midnight. When I arrive to check in they my room away. They gave my king bed room away and the room I got did not have the strip view that I paid for. They said they only had a 2 queen room ...

We had a great stay at the Majestic Colonial. One of the most beautiful resorts I have stayed at. The beach is fantastic. Plenty of bars and food options. We were in the club section and had a great butler, Bladimil. Cons would be the food was inconsistent and communication was sometimes difficult ...
